Rates

Peak Season
(April 1st - November 30th)
$125 per night (2 night minimum stay)
$600 per week (7 nights)
(Single night stay will be considered at rate of $150 per night)

Off Season
(December 1st - March 30th)
$100 per night (2 night minimum stay)
$500 per week (7 nights)
(Single night stay will be considered at rate of $125 per night)

Rates are based on one or two occupants.
There is a $15 per night charge for each additional adult.
Children, 12 years or younger stay for free.

Reservations
To secure a reservation, we require a check for half the cost
of your stay, which will be applied to final cost.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

Balance due may be made with either personal check or cash
at the time of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation and do so 7 days prior
to arrival date, your deposit will be returned or, if you wish,
applied to another date.

If cancellation is less than 7 days prior to your arrival date,
your deposit will be retained unless we are able to rerent.

Coming & Going
Unless otherwise agreed upon:
Check-in is 4:00 pm
Check-out is 11:00 am

Various & Sundry
Unfortunately we can’t accommodate pets at Little Willow.
Little Willow Springs is both smoke free and shoe free.
